Our Process

Industrial SLA precision meets artisan attention to detail. Here's how we make every miniature count.

01

Model Selection

We curate commercially licensed STL files from top creators on MyMiniFactory and Patreon. Every model is vetted for print quality and detail resolution before entering our catalog.

02

SLA Printing

Models are printed on the Formlabs Form 4B at 25-50 micron layer height — up to 10x finer than consumer FDM printers. The result: surfaces so smooth they look injection-molded.

03

Post-Processing

Each print goes through an IPA wash to remove uncured resin, UV curing for full material strength, and careful support removal. No shortcuts — every piece is hand-inspected.

04

Quality Check

We inspect every miniature for print defects, surface quality, and structural integrity. Our failure rate target is under 5%. Pieces that don't meet the standard are rejected.

05

Packaging & Ship

Minis are packed in custom foam-lined cases to prevent damage in transit. Shipped via USPS First Class through Pirateship.com for affordable, tracked delivery.

FDM vs SLA: See the Difference

Consumer FDM printers produce visible layer lines at 100-200 micron resolution. The Formlabs Form 4B prints at 25 microns — a 4-8x improvement that's visible to the naked eye.
